DIY: The Perfect Candle, Flower/Leaf Arrangement

There are times when I wish I had the time to do a lot of things myself, I love decorating my home even though I am not married. The ideas there are on the internet and the time people spend creating these beautiful items is all so mesmerizing.
I would like to share the idea of a Flower Vase and a Candle Stand all in one. The things you need are simple, vases of different sizes, artificial flowers, candles that are not more than 2 to 4 inches thick and at the end a professional advice from the interior designer in Lahore.. They are not to be very tall but should fit the opening up the vase. Try to get a good adhesive that dries quickly and does not wash away with water. Now comes the part where the magic begins, you start by adding the adhesive at the bottom of the vase attaching the flowers to it. Once they are dry completely you can then start by filling them up with water. Then gently place the candle on top and there you go a perfect arrangement for parties, evening tea or even candle light dinners.
As I live in Lahore, these kind of arrangements can work perfectly with any type of vases, whatever the size and shape as long as they are transparent and will be liked by my family and friends. You can make this up with fall leaves, the idea is quiet simple too here. Just grab a couple of leaves from your garden or any place and any kind of leafs. Cover them up with transparent spray paint which adds the shine and the gloss preserving them for a long time. Let them air dry completely and paste them on the inside of a vase covering it completely. Fill them up with water and place candles and gently let them float. After you are done with the arrangements, consult a professional Pakistani interior designerto give it a final touch. These are some of the interior design ideas that you can implement on your DIY projects and you do not need to spend lots of money for these kind of things. Improvisation and thinking of ways to make something simple
into something beautiful.

Wallpaper Wonder

Thinking of a change with a paint job? Too much hassle and too much work right? Yes well you are right when it comes to it, some people are happy painting their own homes and rooms but some cannot. So far all those who want to just make sure that the work is done as easily as before must read this up. You need a few things to get started, White Paint, a roller brush and the desired wallpaper. You can order the wallpaper in any color and pattern/design.

Once you have all the supplies with you, start with giving a fresh coat to your wall this will help in giving a smooth surface and a spot free wall. Now let the paint dry properly and in the meantime measure up your wall. The thing to keep in mind at this step is whether you want a full wall to wall coating of wall paper or a particular design. I would prefer to go with the Border Wallpaper which runs across the wall from one corner to another. This is a much sophisticated way to have the desired wallpaper; since the wall is white go with a black or ruby red pattern which will stand out. Have the roll ready with the wallpaper glue spread evenly in a thin coat on the back. With the help of a brush start smoothing it out on the wall slowly and steadily.

You will notice that once you move along with it slowly it will attach itself to the wall without any air bubbles in between. Try not to run the brush over and over and let it dry naturally, similarly keep following with the wallpaper until you have the desired part of the wall covered with wallpaper. Once completely dry you can see the affect it will on the entire room, many examples can be seen over the internet where amazing design are being used for seasons, occasions and rooms individually. You do have another option though to save yourself from all this hassle, just simply hire an interior designer and you can save all the trouble.
